Just follow these four simple steps and bring the sweet ethnic taste of lady locks to your kitchen:
1. Cut puff pastry sheet into strips,starting at the pointed end, wrap the dough strips around the cream horn mold and work upward toward the larger end. Overlap each layer to avoid holes.
2. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes .(Our mould will fit perfectly in your oven and fryer safe for deep fry.)
3. Carefully slip out pastries from mold, cool .
4. Fill the hole with cream or anything you like, Note: If you want to make 4-or-5-layer cream horn, the width of strip is better to be about 1.5 inches; if you want more layers, the strip should be a little narrower.
